III. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES OF PROCESSING

2. Conclusion and performance of a contract
Legal basis: Performance of a contract. Purpose: Preparation of contracts for work or employment contracts.

Legal basis: Law. Purpose: Accounting, taxes, reporting to authorities (Zollamt, Social Insurance Agency).
